Celebes is one of our darkest roasts, carrying a warm, silky but dominantly smoky character — a strong nod to the sunny, volcanic earth of Indonesia from which it grew. This roast produces a heavy-bodied cup exhibiting warm notes of cinnamon, cardamom and lighter features of dark chocolate and fruit.

Coffee brewed from this makes what many might call a "strong" cup of coffee. We recommend trying this coffee brewed via a home brewer, pour-over, French press and espresso machine.
