Our Brazil Cerrado is a medium-roasted coffee, producing a clean, well-balanced cup with a creamy, smooth mouthfeel, exhibiting a low acid, lightly spiced and mildly nutty flavor with hints of malt and chocolate.

Coffee brewed from this Brazilian bean is an arrow straight into the center of a smooth, balanced cup of coffee. We recommend trying this coffee as a cold brew and brewed via a home brewer, pour-over, French press and espresso machine.
